Zack Snyder's ultimate extended cut of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is coming sooner rather than later, though if cinematographer Larry Fong is to be believe, we shouldn't expect any groundbreaking deviations from the divisive impact the theatrical edition cause.

"Those of you who are fans, will dig it. If you hated it, you'll still hate it," Fong said on Twitter. Not exactly the best way to promote your movie.

It may well be a good way to go about it, given that it seems some disappointed fans are hoping for a dramatic change to come with the 30 minutes of additional footage, which might well seem unreasonable.

The edition carries an R-rating, and will feature new characters and emphasise character moments (including more Wonder Woman.)
