Baby Elephants in Born to be Wild
The Born to be Wild IMAX crew venture into Kenya to film the work of the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, an organisation that rescues and rehabilitates orphan baby elephants. A baby elephant is an incredibly fragile animal. They're unable to take care of themselves until they're about 8 years old. So a 2-year-old elephant, even though it weights a thousand pounds is just a little toddler.
Director Drew Fellman talks about his new IMAX film Born to be Wild.
