Johnny Depp, Michelle Pfeiffer and Tim Burton at the Dark Shadows premiere
A look at the European premiere of Dark Shadows.
Johnny Depp: We were doing Sweeney Todd at the time and I just sort of casually mentioned; we should do a vampire movie one day. And then we got on the subject of Dark Shadows, which we both been fans of as kids. And one thing let to another. A couple years and then bang.
Eva Green: It's just pure entertainment. It's fun. It's also from my point of view a great electric love story.
Tim Burton: All families are strange. And part of his desire to have a family at all, to me it's very realistic.
Michelle Pfeiffer: he kind of has a genre all its own, Tim. And it's always sort of a mixture of a lot of things. And it always makes actors look really inarticulate, trying to describe the movie that your in. Or trying to describe your character.
