Crystal (Kristin Scott Thomas) is watching men pose for her in a club. Julian (Ryan Gosling) looks at a girl dancing around. Then he sees two guys in the corner laughing. He walks towards them and gets angry. The men ask what he wants. Julian smashed the drink one is holding into his face. The other one tries to get up, but he pushes him back. He drags one into the hallway and then puts his hand into the guys mouth a drags him even further.
