Warner Bros. Eyeing An Adaptation of 'Attack on Titan' from 'Harry Potter' Producer
Warner Bros. is reportedly negotiating the rights to Attack on Titan, the hit Japanese manga series that has ventured into anime and even live-action feature film to worldwide acclaim. The studio is looking to producer David Heyman to make it a reality, having successfully piloted the Harry Potter franchise for a decade.
Deadline reports that the film would be a remake of the Japanese live-action film, which hailed from Shin Godzilla director Shinji Higuchi. Heyman is probably the right man for the job, given his credentials. Apart from Harry Potter, he also produced on Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Gravity, I Am Legend, and Paddington, to name a few.
