Winston Churchill Biopic Starring Gary Oldman Sets Up Release Date and Finishes up Casting
Gary Oldman's Darkest Hour as a November 24, 2017 release date, set up by Focus Features, with Universal Pictures International handling overseas distribution starting in the UK on December 29 of that same year.
Oldman is attached to play British Prime Minister Winston Churchill when production begins this fall. Other cast members include John Hurt, Lily James, Ben Mendelsohn, and Kristin Scott Thomas.
