Zoe Saldana to Star in Comic Book Adaptation 'I Kill Giants'
Being produced by Chris Columbus, an adaptation of Joe Kelly's graphic novel 'I Kill Giants' has gained Zoe Saldana.
The story follows Barbara, a young troubled girl who battles a mix of real and imaginary monsters as she grows up.
While Saldana will play a school psychologist who plays a large role in Barbara's bizarre life, Madison Wolfe has been cast as the lead to play the giant-slaying little girl.
The author of the graphic novel, Kelly, has provided the screenplay as well, And the role of Barbara had been tested by 500 actors before Wolfe was chosen.
Distributors are currently being met in Toronto, while multiple sales have already been made both domestically in America and some abroad.
Saldana herself has played major roles in 'Avatar' and, most recently, 'Guardians of the Galaxy'.
