Channing Tatum isn’t too optimistic about '23 Jump Street'
Earlier this year we where treated to 22 Jump Street, the sequel to the popular cop-buddy comedy starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum.
At the end of 22 Jump Street we are treated to a brilliant end credits sequence that features numerous gags relating to endless sequels and reboots of the Jump Street franchise. Since its release, rumours have been floating around movie blogs at a potential third movie, but star Channing Tatum isn't too optimistic.
“I feel like that would be a cop-out,” Tatum said. "College was the obvious next step for us. We had to go there. I don’t know what the next step is after college. Do we go and take down Enron? Or the government in D.C.? I feel like it’s all redundant. The big running joke of the second movie is this is just going to be bigger and crappier than the first time. I don’t know if that joke works three times so we’ll see."
