
Film Independent Spirit Awards 2016: Full List of Winners
The 31st Film Independent Spirit Awards took place in Los Angeles, California tonight. It was hosted by Kate McKinnon and Kumail Nanjiani with many of indie films biggest names in attendance. The big winner of the night was Spotlight, which took home Best Feature, Director, Screenplay and Editing. However, the most important win was by transgender actress Mya Taylor for Supporting Female for many reasons. Below is a full list of winners.
