Guillermo del Toro Will Shoot 'Pacific Rim 2' in November; Possible Title Revealed
According to a new report, director Guillermo del Toro will shoot the Pacific Rim sequel this November in Toronto. The report also suggests the movie may go by the name of 'Maelstrom.' However, nothing has been made official regarding that name, with it possibly being a working title for the project.
Not much is known about the sequel, except Travis Beacham is writing the script along with del Toro and Zak Penn. Charlie Hunnam, Charlie Day, and Burn Gorman expected to be back for the movie.
