He's home
The first trailer for Spider-Man Homecoming has finally arrived and dare I say it looks like a web of a good time (Bad joke I am truly sorry) This reboot is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will not touch on the origins of Peter Parker. So rest at ease Spidey fans, uncle Ben wont die for a third time. Right off the bat I just wanted to mention that Michael Keaton is playing the lead villain in the Vulture. I couldn't be more happier that he landed this role. Tom Holland brings to this trailer the smart, quick witted humor that Spidey needs to deliver. We get a glimpse into Peters life in school as we tackles the ever so mysteries world of girls. The supporting cast around him during the school scenes, looks to be on par with the comedy that Spider-Man needs to have. The action looks like a top notch Marvel experience that we all have learned to love and expect from their films. Spider-Man swings into action on July 7th 2017
A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.
