'Jurassic World' Crosses $1 Billion at Worldwide Box Office
Universal Pictures have announced that Jurassic World has crossed $1 billion at the worldwide box office after 13 days in release – faster than any film in history.
Jurassic World has also secured the highest-grossing second week at the North American box office with $106.6M taking its domestic total to $402.8M. This means it is the fastest any film has reached $400 million at the domestic box office – after only 10 days. In addition, Jurassic World crossed $500 million internationally on, marking the quickest movie to reach that milestone – in just only 11 days.
