Rumour Bryan Singer Could Direct 'Fantastic Four' Sequel
The rebooted Fantastic Four hasn't even been released, yet rumours are starting to swirl as to who'll direct the sequel. Although Fox haven't officially green lit a second movie — as they're waiting to see how the movie goes down with audiences — this rumour is somewhat premature.
The rumour mainly stems from a report last week about a potential X-Men/Fantastic Four crossover that is apparently being discussed. Enter Bryan Singer. Regarding the X-Men movies, Singer is the go-to guy for Fox. He's currently shooting X-Men: Apocalypse after the great success of X-Men: Days of Future Past from last year. If these rumours of a crossover are true, then it would make sense for Singer to take over the reigns of the Fantastic Four sequel which could lay the foundations of the proposed crossover. It's worth noting this is simply speculation and with Comic-Con next week, stories like this always leak out this time of the year.
