Rumour: Jurassic World’s Colin Trevorrow to direct Star Wars: Episode IX
According to Heroic Hollywood, Disney and Lucasfilm will be officially announcing Colin Trevorrow (Jurassic World) as the director of Star Wars: Episode IX during their Hall H panel at the San Diego Comic Con today.
As it currently stands, J.J. Abrams is directing Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Rian Johnson (Looper) is directing the follow up, Star Wars: Episode VIII. Godzilla director Gareth Edwards is helming Star Wars Anthology: Rogue One and The LEGO Movie‘s Chris Miller and Phil Lord are taking on the Han Solo movie.
