Seth Rogen and Zach Efron Will Be 'Neighbors' Once Again
Universal Pictures have announced that they are making a sequel to the rather successful comedy movie, Neighbors (or Bad Neighbours as it was known in the UK).
The sequel will see Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne all return to reprise their characters and they will all be joined by returning director Nicholas Stoller.
Neighbors was a well received success at the box office this past May grossing over $269 million worldwide, so it is not surprising a sequel is in the pipeline. As of yet, a plot line is fairly sketchy but what we do know about the second film is Rogen and Byrne call in Efron and the gang to help them deal with a sorority that moves in next door.
Rogen, Evan Goldberg and James Weaver will produce, with Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O’Brien serving as executive producers alongside Good Universe’s Nathan Kahane and Joe Drake. The comedy has been penned by Cohen, O’Brien, Rogen, Stoller and Goldberg. The movie is scheduled to be released on the 13th May 2016.
