SXSW: 'The Arbalest' and 'Tower' Take Home Top Film Prizes

JamesArthurArmstrong JamesArthurArmstrong Adam Pinney’s period flick 'The Arbalest' won Best Narrative Feature at the SXSW Film Festival Awards last night. The winners of this years festival were announced at the Paramount Theatre in Austin. Keith Maitland’s 'Tower' won Best Documentary Feature, which chronicles the 1966 mass shooting at the University of Texas. Below is the full list of winners.
